MEET THE TEAM
Broker / Owner
Randy Saunier has over 43 years experience in construction and real estate. Randy has the product knowledge that is critical to satisfying buyers and seller needs. "Every client is different and a broker needs to tailor-make a plan that uniquely suits the needs of each client and customer. You must be flexible and have that product knowledge to make their goals come true!" Whether it's a million dollar lake estate or a bank repo for the 1st time buyer, "I try to treat their interest as my own and clients appreciate that!" TOP NEW SALESPERSON in 1986 and REALTOR OF THE YEAR awards in 1994 attest to the success of Randy's theory. "People shouldn't make the biggest investment of their life using someone who has no product knowledge"

I started my career in real estate back in 1999 when I first began buying and selling real estate for investment purposes. Then in 2005, I became a licensed general contractor and started my construction company. Since that time, I have built custom and spec homes ranging in value from starter homes to homes in the million dollar price range. I am well versed in ground up residential construction and have an eye for architecture, design, and quality workmanship; all of which have helped me excel as a home builder. For years I have felt that becoming a residential real estate agent would be a natural fit for me due to my extensive construction background and industry resources. I have a passion for looking at raw property, seeing its potential, and how it can be put to its best use. If you’re looking for someone that is honest, ethical, and extremely hardworking to represent you in an upcoming real estate transaction then you will really enjoy working with me. I have the Experience, Knowledge and Integrity to guide you through one of life’s major decisions. My goal is to establish a professional business and personal relationship during each transaction. I look forward to satisfying your Real Estate needs, And becoming your “Realtor for Life”

I have experience with both residential and commercial properties as a broker in Louisiana during the 1980s and as a buyer specialist recently in the Flathead Valley. I know the area well, having lived in the Flathead Valley for 24 years. My wife and I love animals. We enjoy seeing the grizzly, black bear, big horn sheep, moose, elk & deer. We had some close encounters with mountain goats, saw Great Grey owls and many other birds new to us. We sighted several big horn sheep cavorting on the steep rocky slopes. We have enjoyed hiking, skiing , sailing and bird watching. My wife and I raised and showed horses for 15 years, so I understand the unique needs of horse lovers and related properties. I work well with discerning buyers looking for unique high end properties as well as first time home buyers. I also have experience with bank owned homes. I was the general contractor for several renovations. Therefore, I know how to work with builders. Some notable projects I was involved in are an 1864 town house in New Orleans and a large custom home built in Whitefish Hills. I strive to always put my client's interests first.
It's naturally fitting that growing up with a family of builders in the Flathead Valley I would settle into a career in real estate. I have a degree in Business Administration & Graphic design, along with over five years of working experience in the real estate industry. I currently hang my license at Big Sky Properties of Montana, Inc where I am mentored & trained by 136+ years of experienced Brokers & Realtors that all believe in our mission statement, "Big Enough to Matter, Small Enough to Care."
If you or anyone you know are thinking about buying, selling, or investing in property in the Flathead Valley, I hope you will consider me to represent you. It would truly be an honor and privilege to earn your trust, close on your Montana dream property, and be your Realtor for life.
